Great English sparkling wines!

Did you all know that the UK is now producing world class wines, fabulously delicate and yet, complex wines.
Who would have imagined! Well, we have decided to visit a divine winery called Camel Valley, run by the charming Lindo family.
The weather was simply splendid, our guide Bob Lindo was exceptional, his very thorough yet simplistic manner made the tour a delight!
His story is quite enthralling, when ex-RAF pilot Bob Lindo and his wife Annie planted their first eight thousand vines in 1989, they never dreamed of the phenomenal success they would achieve within 2 decades. They had bought their farm in the heart of the Cornish countryside several years earlier, seeking a change from service life and the perfect place to bring up their young family, and initially farmed sheep and cattle.  Each summer they watched the grass turn brown on the sun-drenched slopes of the Camel Valley, and wondered if vines might enjoy such an aspect.
And, now we are thrilled to have spectacular, sparkling, Cornish wine.

Sculpture of the Month - I'm late, I'm late... for a very important date!

Professore Marco Valentini is a great teacher. Has thinks, eats, sleeps, and talks philosophy.

He also tries to enjoy his leisure time, he is a founding member of the Polar Bear Club, they swim each day, he is constantly trying to perfect his Beef Wellington, and this year, he has decided to dedicate himself to learning Pawnee, spoken by Native Americans indigenous to Nebraska.

Yes, Professore Valentini is somewhat of a perpetual student, always bettering himself.

But, he does have a few habits that he wishes he could improve. He cannot seem to keep his breakfast from dripping onto his waistcoats, he is always losing his house keys,  AND he is always late... very late. Late for his classes, late with his tax returns, late feeding his gold fish... late, late, late!

So watch out citizens of Oxford... as you hear from the rear "I'm late, I'm late... for a very important date!
